A Springtime Adventure in Glencoe Scotland

Engagement Featured Stories

An adventure through Glencoe Scotland for engagement photos has been something I've wanted to do for a long time. I had been to Edinburgh in the past (in fact, Scotland was where I had my first paid photo job), but venturing up north to Glencoe and Three Sisters was a first.

We were able to plan an adventure photo shoot in Glencoe for a workshop we were hosting. My friend, Gene Pease, and I put together a workshop in Scotland and had the chance to venture on to the Highlands for an adventure session. Even though it was late spring, there was fresh snow as we drove northward. But that's what makes it an adventure: the rain, the snow, the cold. Those things become a catalyst for building an amazing experience with your couple where you have the chance to really connect and share the camaraderie of being in it together. I still haven't been able to photograph a wedding in Scotland, but I'm hopeful to make the trip out there soon enough.
